Publishing Files to a Portal

If your firm licenses Portal, you can publish files to client portals from within Document. Portals are a secure way to exchange documents and information with your clients. Files to be published must be checked in and cannot already be published to a portal.

Note: See the Administration Manager Help files for information about creating portals.
